We have created a “Hospitality Plan” with a variety of delicious items which will help you plan meetings or receptions in our suites. Should you prefer something that is not on our menu, just ask!
We have elaborated our plan but at the same time, kept our prices very competitive. You needn’t worry; we will take care of everything. You can relax; you will be in excellent hands.
For every bottle of liquor ordered, we will provide you with glasses, ice and cans of soft drinks, free of charge.
With a minimum order of 5 bottles of liquor, we will freshen up your bar, twice a day, with ice and glasses.
At the end of your stay, you will be credited for any unopened liquor bottles, but there is no credit for the gratuities.
Once you have made your food and beverage choices, would you kindly fill in the attached order form and return it to me by fax. If I can be of any assistance to you in planning your event or should you need any further information, please feel free to contact me.
The forecasted number of people becomes your guarantee 48 hours prior to the event.
Important: According to Provincial law, our employees are not allowed to handle any alcohol that is brought in from the outside. This law must be strictly adhered to.
In accordance with the municipal noise law and to insure that our guests are comfortable we request that you lower the noise level after 11 p.m. Many of our guests are early risers.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
less than 24 hours before the event = 100% of the total food contracted will be billed
less than 48 hours before the event = 50% of the total food contracted will be billed
